We are constantly working on the website to try to make shopping easier for you, but due to the custom nature of my work, it's difficult to have a shopping cart system which will take all the possible variables into account. For Horseshoes - Please use the shopping cart feature of the website for placing your order. Be sure to add custom lettering to your shopping cart. I will then contact you to discuss lettering style, placement, size, etc. Custom Lettering - Lettering is some of the most demanding work a hand-engraver undertakes. This is because there is almost no room for even the slightest error. Every eye "knows" what each letter of the alphabet should look like. So the slightest mistake or slip is immediately evident. I take great pride in my lettering. I have been asked many times if my lettering is done by stencil or panograph. It is done (as is all my engraving) strickly by hand. Due to the exacting demands of lettering, I use a microscope to aid in this stage of the engraving. I charge $2 per letter regardless of the font style. Just introduce yourself and tell me what you are interested in. I'll answer your email promptly and ask you whatever questions I need to give you an exact price. Custom Projects - For custom projects, I will work with you to come up with a design you love and I will provide concept drawings so you can get a clear idea of what your finished piece will look like. Even for the smallest project, I will make myself available to you, answer any questions and to make sure you receive exactly what you want.
